Phrasing
I wanted to include the idea that some items aren't available year after year, like the old Brewfest mounts. But I still feel like the wording is awkward. "Once the event has run its course, this will no longer be available until next year, but there are no guarantees." If anyone can improve it, that would be awesome.

- Its for more than just items, it includes: quests, npcs, and maybe even achievements if we so desire.

- Part of the clumsiness of the wording. I'm open for suggestions. But I didn't like what was there before - which seemed to suggest world events don't change from year to year. There's apparently a whole department designing them, so they'll probably change a lot.
