Version order

How come it shows up as Thunderforged -> Normal -> Heroic if there's no Raid Finder version, and Heroic -> Normal if there's no other version than Normal and Heroic? Shouldn't it show up as Normal -> Thunderforged -> Heroic, since that's how the item level is? --g0urra[T҂C] 07:59, 14 March 2013 (UTC)

Warforged
