Creates a table of external links for the first and last ranks of a spell.
Uses the classic variable, defined by {{Classic only}}, to automatically choose a subdomain (such as the "classic" in "classic.wowhead.com").

Syntax
- {{Elinks-spell/ranks|<1>|<2>|<maxrank>|<sub>}}
- 1
- Spell ID for rank 1 of the spell.
- 2
- Spell ID for the highest rank of the spell.
- maxrank
- The rank number of the spell's highest rank. Defaults to 2.
- sub
- Used to manually specify a subdomain.
