Generates a table with up to five labelled external item links; pass the label followed by the item ID, like so:
{{elinks-items|Label 1|item id 1|Label 2|item id 2|...}}
On multi-version pages, the labels are used to show the only the currently relevant external links, and must therefore match the appropriate heading; the first label/item pair is assumed to correspond to the page's primary content.
