[Aqueous Reliquary], which drop from the Radiance of Azshara, the Queen's Court, and Queen Azshara in the Eternal Palace. Only classes with a tank specialization can create this item.
Infusing the item at the Heart Forge will grant Rank 3 of the 
[Azeroth's Undying Gift] Essence and leave behind a 
[Crumbling Mineral Formation].
