Tasty Candy is looted from the Mysterious Cauldrons^{[55.2, 30.5]} at the Fetid Encampment in Thaldraszus. Three Discarded Toys must be collected from the camp, then placed in the cauldrons. Only alchemists with 25 points in Dragon Isles alchemy may obtain this.
