Talk:Zeth'Gor

Do people know for sure that Zeth'kur, and Zeth'Gor are intended to be the same location? Zeth'kur was a shipyard by the oceans, Zeth'Gor is located inland in the mountains...

I don't see anything in common.Baggins 12:21, 11 February 2007 (EST)

Shrug. They seem to be located at roughly the same spot on the maps, but I agree that it seems a bit odd. Of course, a shipyard without an ocean is nothing but a settlement at the edge of land, and those mountains could have been created by the implosion of the Dark Portal. Still, that's mostly speculation. I suggest the articles are split up. ---- Varghedin.jpg Varghedin  talk / contribs 16:55, 11 February 2007 (EST)

Stratholme was also a coastal town in Warcraft II. However, according to World of Warcraft map, it is miles inland. --Voidvector 10:45, 12 February 2007 (EST)

Not to mention Tyr's Hand on Tyr's Bay, and plenty of other places in WCII. There seem to have been a short global warming between WCII and WoW ;) --Potbasher 13:00, 6 September 2007 (UTC)
The difference is basically the name. If Zeth'Gor had been identical in shape and form as it is now, and carried the name Zeth'Kur, there would have been little reason to doubt it was the same as the shipyard. It could have been renamed, but again, that's just speculation. ---- Varghedin.jpg Varghedin  talk / contribs 18:33, 12 February 2007 (EST)
Yep agree, If they shared the exact same name there would be no discussion.Baggins 17:56, 15 February 2007 (EST)
There is a ship in the middle of space in outlands by Kirin'Var(Van?) and you need a flying mount to reach. Indicating that the present map of outland is not what it always was.

Broggok

If I remember, isn't the creature that you meet here called the Eye of the Citadel and not Broggok?  Rolandius Wc3Knight.gif (talk - contr) 05:54, 17 June 2008 (UTC)
