Ach: Going Down?

Just did this quest on my L29 tauren hunter. The Cataclysm version involves, rather can involve, getting ported straight to the target NPC by the questgiver. I did so and got the  [Going Down?] achievement unexpectedly and only lost only about 50% health. Not sure if it will always port you to a position over the target. Will probably need confirmation of the height at some stage as well, which will probably require stopwatches and the timing of drops. If the height is correct, there's likely some quest protection for the health lost to prevent people taking the port with less than full health and dying when they get dropped.
