Patch version changes

I updated the page to reflect the quest's removed status. Since it was removed in Patch 3.3.0, I removed the 4.0.1 patch note and changed the JP back to badges for historical purposes. I also removed all the categories save the category for Daily heroic quests. I had to edit the page a second time to correct my error involving the removedfromgame tag. (；一_一) That face when you're looking for an answer and inadvertently time-travel to your past self... So, I (re-)noticed that the patch change was out of line with the other heroic quests offered by Wind Trader Zhareem, and honestly couldn't find any other reason for it to be 3.3.0 OR 4.0.1 than, essentially, "well that's how I found it." It is rather moot now, anyway, since Legion re-activated the quest and rewards were adjusted accordingly. I'm just going to use 5.0.4 as the patch to bring the quest article in line with the others.
