No, the major disadvantage of this talent is that it doesn't proc on bosses. Although, it was buffed greatly in 2.3.0 patch and now really worth taking. Unlogic 10:16, 25 November 2007 (UTC)

Proc Rate

Any ideas on this ability's proc rate? My WWS is showing 3% regardless of weapon speed over around 5k swings, but that seems a lot lower than I experience it while actively playing, so I think that may not include the times it was refreshed before the debuff wore off, which happens all the time. Formula / Hand of Reckoning

3.2 Vindication does not proc from Hand of Reckoning. I've never seen it proc.

Could someone provide the correct formula for Vindication? It is level dependent. I've heard it say that at level 80 rank 2, it is 540 or 547 AP. At level 26 rank 2, it is 98. I can't figure out a linear formula that describes this.
