Reportable offense?

Help screen text (can be found in GlobalString.lua as well) explicitly states:

PHYSICAL_HARASSMENT_TEXT1 = "The following are NOT considered physical harassment:";
PHYSICAL_HARASSMENT_TEXT2 = "Attacking a creep or NPC that another player has already engaged";
PHYSICAL_HARASSMENT_TEXT3 = "Continually attacking and/or killing an NPC";
PHYSICAL_HARASSMENT_TEXT4 = "\"Spawn camping\" (пї_claimingпї_ a spawn point in order to repeatedly attack a  creep)";
PHYSICAL_HARASSMENT_TEXT5 = "\"Corpse camping\" (waiting by a player's corpse to attack them as they resurrect)";
PHYSICAL_HARASSMENT_TEXT6 = "\"Training\" (leading enemies to another player to force combat)";

So, where that "is reportable offence" comes from? --Rowaasr13 07:30, 20 June 2007 (UTC)

Probably a holdover from a previous release. In many other games, a high level chara can run into a dangerous area, pick up aggro from opponents, and run into a newbie area, where the "train" will inevitably slaughter the low-level charas. It happened all the time in Everquest Online Adventures, and I'm betting that it was a problem before the aggro/chase rules were changed to their present state. But, I can't confirm this, having joined in 2006. Any old-timers want to chime in?--ClemSnide (talk) 01:27, 14 December 2008 (UTC)
