Merge Tell, Whisper, and PST?

Whisper and Tell are the same command -- if you check the UI source (GlobalStrings.lua, line 3783), you can see that /w, /whisper, /t, /tell, and /send are all handled in exactly the same way. In my opinion, the articles should probably be merged, too, as they're nearly identical. (And maybe pull in the info from PST as well; get it all in one place.)

Because "whisper" appears to be the canonical form (it's always referred to as whispering rather than telling by WoW), I'd suggest merging them into Whisper. OTOH, the player base seems to have adopted Tell instead -- PST is certainly more prevalent than "whisper me". Opinions?
