Talk:Silithid reaver

The model name of the silithid colossus is called "silithid tank boss". To what extent does this imply a relation to the silithid reaver, whose model name is "silithid tank"? A similar model relationship exists between the silithid wasps and the larger wasps, like Ayamiss the Hunter, which WoWWiki currently acknowledges as the same thing.--SWM2448 22:01, October 6, 2010 (UTC)

Per the mounts and the  [Silithid Mini-Tank]... these are battle tanks. "Reaver" and "sand reaver" are still canon, but it is not what Blizzard is going with.-SWM2448 03:35, 19 March 2018 (UTC)

Interesting. Is the name "reaver" only ever used in the RPG? I see several mobs called reaver or sandreaver, but there are also hunter-killers, hive-guards ... Xporc (talk) 10:21, 19 March 2018 (UTC)
You just answered your own question, but it being the overall caste name was from the RPG, and we have a more recent contradiction.--SWM2448 18:11, 19 March 2018 (UTC)
