What/who is Argas?

I first obtained this item on an Alliance character. Since the quest text referenced Argus ("I give you thanks and the deepest gratitude of the Hand of Argus. It honors me to have you at our side."), I assumed that Argas was a typo and was meant to be Argus. However, I later learned that the Horde version of the same quest also rewarded an item with this name, and I found it implausible that Horde would reward an item with the name of Draenei's home world on it. It's possible that Blizzard got lazy and used the same items for both rewards. Since there are three different signets/bands I'm not sure it's a typo... Xporc (talk) 10:27, 28 June 2017 (UTC)

Right.. Since the sole references to "Argas" in both Wowpedia and Wowhead are these three items, this will probably remain a mystery.. Moonrgr (talk) 07:14, 29 June 2017 (UTC)

Might be a branch of the Hand of Argus or a specific draenei. Hard to tell unfortunately. PeterWind (talk) 09:53, 29 June 2017 (UTC)
