Would also be useful to link to a page or somewhere helping people to level cooking up to Northrend level. From experience (so far!) To level cooking up to level:

• 280 to 300, you need  [Sandworm Meat] and to complete the  [Smoked Desert Dumplings] quest in Silithus
• 320, 10  [Ravager Flesh] from the eastern exit of Hellfire Peninsula and  [Ravager Dog] recipe from the inn in Honor Hold(Alliance) or ?? (Horde)
• 325, 5  [Figluster's Mudfish] or  [Icefin Bluefish] and the recipes  [Grilled Mudfish] and  [Poached Bluefish] from Telaar in Nagrand
• 350(?),  [Talbuk Steak],  [Roasted Clefthoof] (Nagrand) or  [Golden Fish Sticks] (Terrokar)
