Need research on precisely which quests are required
Research
My initial reference for stitching these quests together was Eastern Plaguelands questing guide. This guide mentioned that the Brother Carlin and Villains quests did not need to be done.
Further research lead to a comment (by Kuranis of Runetotem server) that Defenders was not needed, but that Villains was. Heaven help us if "two out of three" is the case... --Eirik Ratcatcher (talk) 18:29, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
