I removed the last paragraph because it expressed an opinion and not a fact. A warrior can always choose talents higher in the protection tree and bypass rung 4 partially or in its entirety if he or she so wishes.

[Improved Taunt] and [Improved Disarm] share the same rung of the Protection tree - to progress further the five best spent points would be Improved Taunt 2/2 and then Improved Sunder Armor 3/3.
