Which exact quest required?

Shiv

i think [Shiv] should be mentioned on this page, as it is directly related to poison, it is a common tactic for rogues to place crippling poison on their offhand weapon, allowing them to shiv opponents and instantly apply it, thus preventing escape

Curse of Tongues

It would be handy to state on this page if Mind-numbing Poison stacks with CoT or not (I believe not, but not tested it myself). And if it doesn't stack, confirm/state that it doesn't over-write CoT (or vice versa)
