Boilerplating?

There's no real way to boilerplate this, much like the Plaguebear page. There isn't an actual enemy or species called a "plagued bear". It seems to be describing some unusual skins used on bears - Diseased Black Bear, Deathclaw, Angerclaw Bear, Angerclaw Mauler, Angerclaw Grizzly, Diseased Grizzly, and Ferra are the ones featuring the rotted appearance.
