I removed a section called "Background" which was an excerpt from the World of Warcraft pen-and-paper RPG (according to the citation). In addition to giving new players the erroneous idea that Hunters and elves in general also have access to this spell, from my perspective it seems wholly inappropriate for an ability article, whose purpose is to give direct and concise information about the ability in question to someone looking to learn about it. At the very least, placing it at the beginning, before any information about stats/costs/etc., makes it seem like important information when it is in actuality totally irrelevant fluff as far as the World of Warcraft MMORPG is concerned. If you would like to reinstate the information, please consider at least putting it at the end of the article and clearly marking it as flavor material. Sendingaphoto 20:39, 6 April 2008 (UTC)

My edit was reverted with no explanation. I have once again removed the PnP RPG reference, but compromised by shifting it to the bottom of the article. It is merely flavor text, and does not belong at the top of the article in a prominent position. It is needlessly confusing to new players looking up information on this Wikia to have PnP RPG information randomly mashed together with accurate in-game content discussion. Furthermore, it is poor form stylistically, since the primary purpose of an ability article is to explain its use in the game; forcing people to wade through irrelevant information (which is not marked as being so) decreases the effectiveness of the encyclopedia. Flavor removed

"Be one with everything that surrounds you and you shall be gifted all back a hundred fold."

This text was uncited, and so was nudged out by the quote from the card game. User:JIM the Inventor/Sig1 21:08, 20 June 2008 (UTC)

Stub tag

The article isn't a stub anymore, but I can't find the (horribly misplaced and page-wrecking) stub tag in the page code to remove it. - Alltat (talk) 11:59, 11 August 2009 (UTC)

Found it. The TCG quote source imported the MotW card infobox, and the misplaced stub tag came along with it. I removed the specific card reference from the sourcing, as it destroyed the layout of the article. - Alltat (talk) 12:04, 11 August 2009 (UTC)
