There is a mob near stratholme with the name Lord Darkscythe. It looks more like Ironspine, an armored skeleton than a Death Knight. Do you think they are the same person? Maybe the Death Knight was killed and rised again? N'Nanz 19:26, 16 October 2006

In truth in the same mission of the Night Elf Campaign Warcraft III - The Frozen Throne where you encounter Lord Darkscythe using Malfurion and Illidan Stormrage, there was another Death Knight but I don't remember his name. What is the source for this article? Other than the rare spawn in WoW, isn't he just a random hero name for death knights in War3? Lunar Falls is not a reliable source.--Aeleas 18:01, 4 November 2006 (EST)

Is it not possible that malfurion an illidan killed Lord darkscythe when he was a death knight in frozen throne and now he has been resurrected as a skeleton by kel thuzad or some necromancer. TheLichKingRisen 09:21 26/3 2008
