Mana cost

Revive pet costs 80% base mana, and this talent (rank 2) reduces the cost by 40%. I don't know if this is a true 40% reduction (reducing it to 48% base mana), or if it uses "Blizzard math" (adding percent modifiers) and reduces it to 40%.
