Capitalied or not?

Should both words be capitalized? This page and Grand Magister Rommath have a lot of inconsistencies, but I'm not sure which variant should be chosen.--Adûnâi (talk) 03:03, 1 August 2015 (UTC)

The assumption is usually that it is inconsistently capitalized in running text. If the title is always capitalized, go with that.--SWM2448 04:42, 1 August 2015 (UTC)
