We don't need to guess, the hierarchy can be seen in game and unlike the elemental hierarchy, which dealt with races, the goblin hierarchy only deals with ranks, each of which is seen throughout WoW. Sssssssssssssssssssssssss For Pony! (^Sssss/_Slithered) 05:57, 30 January 2012 (UTC)
