I just grinded (ground?) to honored on my main, and I have a couple things to point out.
One: The mobs gave me 22 rep per, so for non-humans that's 20 rep (I'm not sure if it's different lower levels, so that's why i'm not changing it.)
Two: The cooldown on this item is 20 minutes. You can tell because it says so in the tooltip. Perhaps it does share a cooldown with Warlock healthstones, I'm not sure on that.
Three: Did Blizzard change it so you can no longer gain rep as a ghost? If so, than the entire section about twinks is worthless and obsolete now.
