Contradiction with Viper sting.

On Limitations it says Viper Sting will NOT beak the trap, but on the Strategy(5th bulletpoint) section it says Viper sting WILL break the trap. Could someone please verify which one is correct. Furiousv 03:31, 14 September 2007 (UTC)

A long time ago it didn't use to break Freezing Trap because it wasn't a damage effect, but it has been stealth changed now so that it does in fact break FT. Any sting except Scorpid Sting will. --- Zexx 06:15, 14 September 2007 (UTC)

Diminishing Returns?

Is Freezing subject to diminishing returns in PvE or PvP? There have been some quirky situations in dungeons where I retrap the mob and it seems to break in anywhere from 4 to 15 seconds into the trap. No one was near it and everyone swears they weren't AOEing. KyleOmega 18:31, 27 December 2007 (UTC)

Functionality Update

In Patch 2.3.2, "Freezing Trap is no longer limited to one target". I have tested this in-game and apparently this is false. Can someone verify/disprove this? If patch notes are proven correct, article needs updating to reflect the change. Dunto 15:12, 9 January 2008 (EST)

There is some bitching about what it may or may not mean here Wow thread - seems they are not quite sure either. --Crash 03:36, 14 January 2008 (UTC)

Why mob?

This article is written to make it sound like freezing trap works on a mob. It does not, it only affects a single target. In addition, it says that concussive shot works on a mob, too. That again, is incorrect, it only works on a single target.

Just really confusing to read that in there, is all. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Arnbek (talk · contr).
