Removed from game tag

This article has been marked {{removedfromgame}}, but I don't think that's appropriate. It has been removed temporarily because it is associated with a holiday event, but I see no reason to expect it won't be back next year. It was not removed temporarily, the quest no longer exists as the npc (Valadar Starsong) sells the items, as of when? this year perhaps.
