- In the model files, they are called felbeasts, but in WoW that is a type of fel stalker. No overall name has been given to them. Wildlord Antelarion only calls them "deadly".

New name: Wrath Hounds?
There are some NPCs of this race named Wrath Hounds. Could this be a fitting name for them?--Lon-ami (talk) 17:16, January 8, 2010 (UTC)
- There is always a chance. The "Wrath Hounds" are in Forge Camp: Wrath. The word "wrath" is in most of the things there. What about the SMV ones?--SWM2448 03:32, January 9, 2010 (UTC)
Hell Hounds...maybe?
Hello everybody.
Since those beasts are demonic (hellish) version of core hound, how about naming them "Hell Hounds". That's sound evily proper for Burning Legion puppies, doesn't it?

Fel beast
I am currently updating the hunters pet and the name of this one bugs me. Demonic hound is a fan interpretation of its name. I would suggest Fel beast as it is called in the game files and during 
[25-30G] WANTED: Uvuros, Scourge of Shadowmoon. The current Fel beast article isn't about any creature with that name. It is just a redirect. Any suggestions?--LemonBaby (talk) 17:39, 23 August 2012 (UTC)
