Heh... I thought it would be funny to put that in explicitly. I guess the serious reason I put that in is that things like the  [Gnomish Battle Chicken] can be used repeatedly with a cooldown even after it is "destroyed".

A friend told me about a friend of his, a high level rogue engineer that would build a bunch of these and go hang around the human n00b area in the flock of sheep.
