The random mod green level 65 rings and cloak have +27 stamina and +17 resist; level 66 have +28 stamina and +18 resist. --Lindorm 10:56, 19 June 2007 (UTC)

While the stam/resist stats may be on par with level 65-66 greens, it should be pointed out that there are additional stats on these rare rings which make them a bit more rounded. Possible suffixes for Frigid Band (the below is in addition to the +27 Stamina and +18 resist.
