This section repeats what's in proficiencies, plus is outdated and somewhat misleading as higher rank trainers can do lower rank training.

Sign your posts, please. I went ahead and removed the section. Before the reformatted table, the information was listed differently from the content below, but the new table lists by rank exactly the same way, and as you said, the other info was incomplete and outdated. ----  Varghedin  talk / contribs 15:35, 26 June 2007 (UTC)
