Rank 2... Glitch?

I just redid my talents, and for some reason the trainers will not allow me to train to Rank 2 of Divine Spirit. Rank 3, 4, and 5 are all there, but not Rank 2. Is there a tome I need or something? I had Rank 5 before, and it didn't require anything. Has there been an update to the skill since 2.3? I wasn't here for the patch's release.
