Sounds like you had some bad luck there. The white punch card should be able to drop as long as you have the quest. I know I got mine around level 28. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Uky60478 (talk · contr).
The white card is also dropped when you haven't the quest or (in my case) has allready finished it. My Prob is, that the Delta Security Cards isn't dropped. May i'am too high. 55 Hunter —The preceding unsigned comment was added by CLoMo8414 (talk · contr).

I also got the white punch card at an early level (31) but I never actually needed to use it. I was able to access the schematic with just a delta card at the punchcard machines in the engineering labs. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Nunzilla (talk · contr).

I'm a little confused. If I'm JUST interested in getting the Disco ray, do I really need to get the white, yellow, blue, and red punch cards? Don't I JUST need the DELTA card? --Bendyr 09:46, 13 April 2006 (EDT)
- You can get the Delta card without going through all the other card stages. Just last night, I picked up a white, upgraded it to yellow, but nothing else. Yet I still got the Delta card. - OK, I just did this run (solo as a 49 Undead Rogue in about 15 minutes!), and you DON'T need the other cards at all for the discombobulator ray. You ONLY need the Delta card. The other stuff should be moved into an article on the
[Minor Recombobulator], because it's not at all pertinent or necessary to get the discombobulator ray. I will make these changes when I get the chance. --Bendyr 16:23, 7 June 2006 (EDT)

The how to obtain schematics is wrong, because it does not include geting all the punchcards.
To access terminal D u need punchcard C, which I know from experience because when you opt for schematics without a punchcard C you just get "you do not have clearance 00101001001.."

D Terminal
