The layout here is a little out of whack, given the way the storyline flows. The correct order (so as to complete every quest, including breadcrumbs) for HORDE should be:

"Nothing Left for you Here" (breadcrumb from Stonetalon Mountains)

"My Time has past" (given by Furien, at Desolace entrance)

Furiens Post Quests

1st in chain A: "Avenge Furien!" (Cerila) (rest of chain as storyline)

1st in chain B: "Peace of Mind" (Sorrem) (rest of chain as storyline)

"Ethel Rethor" (Cerila: breadcrumb to Ethel Rethor) - will become unavailable if "The Emerging Threat" taken first.

Ethel Rethor Quests

1st in chain: "The Emerging Threat" (Korrah) (rest of chain as storyline)

"Official Assessment" (Korrah: breadcrumb to Karnum's Grove (aka Cenarion Wildlands)

Cenarion Wildlands Quests

1st in chain A (1 of 2): "Stubborn Winds" (Karnum) 1st in chain A (2 of 2): "A Time to Reap" (Ferra) and (side quest) "Pulling Weeds" (Ferra)

2nd in chain A "Taking Part" (Ferra) 3rd in Chain A: "Cleaning out Crevasse) (Karnum) - requires "Maurin's Concoction"

"Ghost Walker Post" (Karnum: breadcrumb to Ghost Walker Post) - becomes available after "Stubborn Winds" and "Taking Part" (Chain A) are completed; will become unavailable if "Delivery Device" taken first.

1st in chain B: "An Introduction is in order" (Garren) - becomes available after "Taking Part" (rest of chain as storyline)

side quests: "Shadowprey Village" (Karnum: breadcrumb to Shadowprey Village) - becomes available after "My Word is my Bond" and (possibly) "Three Princes" in log (chain B); will become unavailable if "Blubbergut" taken first.

The finale in chain B "The Wilds of Feralis" is the breadcrumb leading to Feralis.

Ghost Walker Post Quests

Pick up the breadcrumb when it becomes available, as you will pass here during Cenarion Wildland's chain B.

There are no breadcrumbs for Thunk, but given that Smeed rants about Bizby later on, you are proablably supposed to pick them up during Furien's Post questline, as they lead to Bizby.
