Training cost

Can someone find out what the spell damage coefficient on this spell is? --Necoia 15:30, 20 April 2008 (UTC)

Global Cooldown

This spell does trigger a global cooldown, however a very short one ( < 0,5s). That means you can take advantage of almost the full 2s by almost immediately starting to cast the next spell, but it cannot be used in a multi-cast macro. --Thalur (talk) 13:58, 1 September 2008 (UTC)

Redirect?

Since this ability was removed from the game in 3.0.2, and Holy Word: Chastise is such a key Holy priest spell (which is after all basically the 'Chastise' ability, with some adjustments) it seems like it might make better sense to have Chastise automatically redirect to Holy Word: Chastise. I can't imagine that many people will be researching the exact details of the pre-4.0 Chastise - not compared to the mass of people wanting to get basic info on this key Holy ability - so it seems like a good idea to me.
