WotLK changes

I think given how old that bluepost is, it's probably out of date. Unfortunately this information didn't make it into the Patch 3.0.2 notes, and I can't find a better post. I'd rather replace that with stuff from theorycrafters, I just don't know where to look. So any improvements that can be made would be appreciated. [Vigilance] for example, should be on the list with [Blessing of Sanctuary]/ [Greater Blessing of Sanctuary] because they don't stack, and in fact, Vigilance should never be cast on a paladin tank because it will replace sanctuary, which can give the paladin mana issues.  Howbizr^(t·c) 7:21 PM, 9 Sep 2009 (EDT)
