I have only done this encounter for alliance side. As this is a much harder fight for the horde, if someone who has done it horde side would care to add / edit my posting in regards to the horde, that would probably be a good thing.
Also, I have no idea how to add links. Someone may want to do that, else I suppose I will probably come back and do it myself when I have some time.

Shaman has got an aggro-reduce totem - but did the paladin get AoE snare ?
Supression room needs better information
A better description of actually clearing throught he suppression room would be useful. The current article only lists the type of mobs that inhabit the area, but gives little detail on how to actually proceed through the room.
Very easy. Keep on the right wall at all times. Stick together. Heal in two groups. Bomb in two groups. Stick together. Annonce a chief-bomber who will start the bombing (this makes healing easier). Stick together. There are safe zones from time to time where your mana users can regen. Keep away from the drakonids as they have a nasty aura. First kill, then move. Wipe
If you wipe on Broodlord is there any possiblity of ressing with out doing the suppression rooms again? --Matti 10:43, 24 May 2006 (EDT)
Very very unlikely, almost willing to say impossible. To get everyone ressed will take a long time and, assuming somehow enough people are ressed in time to deal with the constantly respawning whelps so the ressers can get in line of sight to res everyone else, eventually the hatchers will respawn. If someone ninja pulled the Broodlord by accident and people died in the cubby just before the Broodlord, then yes, it's possible. But in a real attempt, then I very much doubt it. Suppression Traps
I know that the suppression traps are duds after Broodlord kicks it, but I think that the traps that pop back up after he is pulled do no put out an aura while you are in mortal combat with old dragoneyes. Can anyone confirm/deny that the traps behave in this manner? We are pretty good about our rogues getting the trap next to him down mid fight, but if they didn't have to worry about this at all it would make this fight that much easier. Our raid just did the fight and yes if the rogues don't stay on the trap and it pops it will give the suppression aura. --Krizhek 21:47, 27 December 2006 (EST)
(it is rumored that a mob's special abilities can't crit as of Patch 1.8) So, 1.8's come and gone, but this note is still here. Can the MS crit for 8k or not now?
