Yes.

Section 7A says that the listed name rules apply to all names (even guild names) that can be seen by other players; no mention of realm type is present. Rule x is the non-gibberish rule.

Of course, enforcement of the rules is at Blizzard's discretion, so you routinely see violations of the rules (some more than others). Theoretically, the RP rules go beyond these and ask that names be in-universe. In reality it may just be that these rules are enforced more reliably. - jerodast (talk) 19:44, 9 July 2014 (UTC)
