Reference to Star Trek

Im wondering if this might be a reference to Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, as the name Bash'ir, if you take away the ' you get Bashir, which was the surname of the Chief Medical Officer from DS9; Doctor Julian Bashir, of course, the place ongame has nothing to do with medicine, and so could just be coincidence. Im just curious, but any thoughts on this?—The preceding unsigned comment was added by Chron89 (talk · contr).

I doubt it very much. The Ethereals, at least most of them, seem to have middle-eastern/Arabic flavoured names (Haramad, Shaffar etc...) and "Bashir" is a not an uncommon name from what I know. I even encountered someone in RL with that name. Maybe the way Bash'ir was spelled came from DS9 but I don't think the name itself did.--Neakal 12:45, 16 February 2008 (UTC)

Skyguard Event question

What happens at the end of the Skyguard assault event? Can someone who has survived to the end write a few sentences about that? Igoar 19:58, 6 June 2007 (UTC) Igoar
