Old stuff

Any information you can add will help us figure out how this works exactly. It will take some time however the more info we can get here the faster we can figure it out! --Shurafa 08:00 November 30, 2006 (GMT)

is there any point in signing up for more than 1 team? the text is a bit unclear in this User:CrazyJack/Sig 06:18, 16 February 2007 (EST)

A post from a 'blue' shows the 2-man and 3-man rewards are 60% and 80% of the same rating 5-man team.

see: http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=77778614&sid=1

The given reward values and chart should be updated accordingly.

The formula has updated anyway. http://blue.cardplace.com/newcache/us/106864957.htm

"If rating<=1500 then Points=0.38*rating-194 (note: this calculation can go negative, but will be floored at 0)

If rating>1500 then Points=1426.79/(1+918.836*Power(2.71828, -0.00386405*rating))"

Aye, it had been updated on Arena PvP System, but not here yet. Updated info. --TUSVA ~ T | C 18:22, 31 May 2007 (UTC)

  • added latex-style formula to clear up arena points formula. <math> tags don't work here (?) --Entendu 08:28, 1 July 2007 (UTC)

408? points

All examples on this page revolve around 408 points being earned at rating 1500. Whereas with 1500 rating you will be earning only 0.38*1500-194 = 376 points. (I think pre-may 27 it was exactly 400 points at rating 1500 but it doesn't really matter now). The page needs to be updated

OOD

Could we narrow it down a bit to see what it deemed as out of date? Cindrah (talk) 21:38, January 15, 2010 (UTC)
