Where is she now? --N'Nanz 17:35, 3 April 2008 (UTC)

Smells like a retcon.IconSmall BloodElf Male.gifAMBER(RΘCK) 21:23, 3 April 2008 (UTC)

Yes, it does. Otherwise Blizz should at last mentioned her as the last and deceased defender of the Isle or as a traitor in the service of Kael. --N'Nanz 09:28, 4 April 2008 (UTC)

Since "Quel'Danas" was retconned to the name of the Sunwell Isle, the isle on which the dragonhawks were bred and trained would probably be moved elsewhere, and Aquel'Luer'Thala's probably still alive, just on some far-removed island somewhere around Quel'Thalas. Before being retconned, Quel'Danas was said to be a refuge, and if you haven't noticed the Scourge/Legion-infested island upon which the Sunwell is situated isn't exactly the best place to hide...makes me wonder or not they were even thinking while naming the zone. --Super Bhaal 17:31, 4 April 2008 (UTC)
If it is a retcon, was it not Sunwell Isle that was retconned to the name of the Quel'Danas, so they could fit the island in?--SWM2448 19:46, 4 April 2008 (UTC)
The location of Quel'Danas was never specified originally, it was an offhand reference in Lands of Conflict. The book only discussed Sunwell Grove on an island north of Silvermoon. Both of them being the same island could have always been planned for all we know. The Dragonhawks of Quel'Danas do not show up in the game sure. But alot of things in the RPG don't show up in the games. The books look at the world as being much larger than the MMO can actually portray, with alot more people populating it, than can be seen in game.Baggins (talk) 02:51, 31 May 2008 (UTC)
