Syntax: SendMail("target", "subject", "body")
Example: SendMail("Wowmaster", "What's up?", "Hey man, I just wanted to waste 30 copper!")
This will send mail to the character 'Wowmaster' with the subject being 'What's up?' and the main body 'Hey man, I just wanted to waste 30 copper!'.
NOTE: This only works if you have the mailbox open.
