The Storm Tempest is an air elemental summoned through the use of the Storm Totem in Taunka'le Village in the Borean Tundra.
Abilities
Chain Lightning — Strikes an enemy with a lightning bolt that arcs to another nearby enemy. The spell affects up to 3 targets, causing Nature damage to each.
Wind Shock — Blasts an enemy with the power of the wind, dealing Nature damage, and lingering Nature damage over 10 sec.
