Spinal Healing Injector is an tinker enchant (only usable by players with Engineering) to belts. It allows you to activate the belt to regain health. Doing so puts your health potion on cooldown.

Notes

• Unlike the  [Z50 Mana Gulper], the Spinal Healing Injector doesn't seem to stack with an  [Alchemist Stone].
