Obtain the  [Naga Manuscript] from Wrathtail Sorceresses or Wrathtail Sea Witches at the Zoram Strand in Ashenvale. Locate the three purple crystals along the Zoram Strand, and then cast [Arcane Explosion] on them in the order indicated by the manuscript (south to north) to get the Spell Notes.
