Description
Mateo will have the other mirror shard we need to access the medallion. He is likely in my former manor in Archivam.
It is guarded by Nourman, a loyal dredger. Nourman is ever committed to his duties, regardless of the situation.
Mateo likely maintained the same rule to access the manor--possess the fangs of those granted access. If you collect the fangs of the commanders of his operation, Nourman will let you pass.
