Sparkling Hares sometimes spawn when Lafoo digs up treasure for the quest 
[20-30] Gods like Shiny Things in the Sholazar Basin.
Killing the hare gives the players a 1 minute buff, called The Blessing Of Sparkling Hare, that increases movement speed by 50%.
