Enchanted Elementium Bars are created with Mining (300); taught by 
[Goblin's Guide to Elementium]. Ten are required to construct 
[Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker], and are the objective of 
[30R] Thunderaan the Windseeker.

The Smelt Enchanted Elementium ability is learned from [Goblin's Guide to Elementium], which drops from Master Elemental Shaper Krixix in Blackwing Lair. He is guarded by three Death Talon Wyrmguards at the bottom of the ramp leading to Ebonroc and Flamegor.
