The Smashed Portal Generator is the first required item to start activating Vishax's Portal, in order to reach Squadron Commander Vishax.

Notes
This is a drop rate of 10% for non-quest elite versions, and about 3% from world quest regular versions. This can be a grind, and the other parts will not drop if you don't have it in your inventory.
