The bag contains two to five items, each of which has a chance to be one of the items listed above. It is likely, therefore, that you will get 3 or more [Northern Spices] and possibly another of the listed items.
Patch changes

[Captain Rumsey's Lager] can now be randomly found in the quest reward 
[Crate], 
[Barrel], or
